64 NATIONAL DISHES FROM AROUND THE WORLD—FREE COOKBOOK FOR YOU

August 20, 2015

I was approached by Karl Soderman who said he was working on a project to gather recipes of the national dishes around the world. He had already identified the national dishes he wanted for each country but he preferred an expert to create the recipe to ensure it was authentic.

The reason behind the project was to provide a good start for the recipe database behind a new website and app called IngredientMatcher. That service will give the user recipes for the ingredients in their pantry.

At the moment neither the app nor the web site is launched, but I would like to share free e-cookbook "National Dishes From Around The World" which includes my Qabili Palau recipe.

This e-book features 64 national dishes from 64 Country Chefs sharing the recipes of their national dish—from Peruvian to Indian, Tanzanian to Italian. 

Bring a little bit of the world to your family dinners. Enjoy this gift from Karl and I for all of you.
